What Counts as the Same Itinerary?

To qualify for our Price Match Promise, the flight must match exactly in:

• Airline and flight number
• Dates and times of travel
• Seat type and class
• Number of travelers

Important Details

• The lower fare must be available to the general public and bookable online.
• Special rates through memberships, reward programs, private discounts, or promo coupons do not qualify.
• Group fares, vacation packages, or “opaque fares” (where flight details are hidden until after purchase) are not eligible.
