Online Air Transaction Fees
- On most airfares, a service fee of up to $35 per passenger, per ticket may apply.
- Fees are displayed in your local currency at checkout.
- Applicable passenger types: Adult, Child, Senior, Infant, Student, Military.
- All service fees are non-refundable and subject to change without notice.
- Government taxes and fees may change; however, you’ll always see the final total price before completing your booking.
Exceptions to Standard Service Fees
In certain cases, service fees may differ from standard air transaction fees:

Contact Center Booking Fees
For bookings made through our Contact Center (including complex itineraries such as multi-stop or round-the-world trips), service fees may be higher than online bookings:
- $10 to $200 per passenger
- Up to $100 maximum for Senior Citizens
- Includes access to premium support services
Important Notes
- All service fees are non-refundable.
- Fees are besides any airline, hotel or car rental charges.
- You will only be charged the final price displayed at checkout including all taxes and charges.
