At Farehutz.ca, we are committed to transparency. This page outlines the fees that may apply after a ticket has been issued. These service fees are charged by Farehutz.ca and are separate from any airline, hotel, or travel supplier charges.

All fees apply per passenger, per ticket and are charged in addition to any supplier penalties.

Agent-Assisted Cancellation (Same-Day)

All special requests are subject to airline rules along with approval and documentation requirements.

Important Notes

Most airline tickets are non-refundable. Refunds or credits are only available if permitted under the airline’s fare rules and policies.
No Show Bookings: In most cases, no show tickets cannot be refunded or waived.
Documentation Required: For bereavement along with denied boarding, no-show, or visa/passport issues, supporting documentation must be provided.
Non-Refundable Fees:ca service fees are non-refundable even if the airline denies a refund.
Currency Conversion: A conversion fee applies when converting CAD to your local currency at checkout.
Final Price Transparency: You will only pay the total amount shown on the payment page.

Government-Imposed Taxes & Airline Fees

Taxes along with surcharges and fees imposed by governments or airlines are subject to change. These charges are separate from Farehutz.ca service fees and will always be included in your final quoted price.
